Instructions

• Use two full droppers up to twice a day, starting in the morning preferably on an empty stomach and the second dose before the evening preferably mid afternoon. Chaga Mushroom Tincture can straight under the tongue (for immediate effect) or add to any herbal tea, coffee, water or beverage.

• Storage -  We use Amber glass bottles that protects the tincture from harmful UV rays that can degrade the quality of the product. But we recommend storing in a cool dark place. 

• Caution - Chaga contains a chemical called oxalate which can damage the kidneys when taken in high doses for a long time. Don't use Chaga if you have a bleeding disorder. Surgery. Chaga might affect blood sugar control or increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery.
