Instructions

• How to use -dissolve a portion the size of a grain of rice or a pea size between 250 to 1,000 mg, but it is best to start with a lower dose to see how an individual reacts before gradually increasing it. Add in liquid and drink one to three times a day, Either your favourite Herbal Teas or warm milk.

• Storage - Store it at room temperature. When you combine it with a hot/warm liquid, it should be consumed throughout the same day. Cold mixtures and creams may be stored refrigerated for 1–2 weeks. Our Shilajit comes in thick, durable, micron glass jars.

Shilajit itself has bactericide and antifungal properties, but we still recommend that you store it inside closed jars. Use the extra plastic cap provided, together with the original cap, for liquid Shilajit. Try not to over-tighten the cap. If you’ve got any problem opening the jar, place it under running hot water for about a minute and try again. After you open Shilajit it can be stored for a period of 2–3 years. Don't take Shilajit if you have sickle cell anaemia, hemochromatosis (too much iron in your blood), or thalassemia. It's possible to be allergic to this supplement.
