Instructions

• How to use - simply simmer a piece of Chaga in hot Spring water for 15-20 minutes to make a grounding and Earthy Tea. Feel free to add it to your daily regimen by grinding the chunks into powder for use in various recipes. For a deeper, darker, stronger extract allow 150g to simmer in 3-5 litres of Spring Water for 1-2 hours.

• Storage - Keep the Chunks in a cool place at room temperature. Keep the Chaga Extract (tea) in the refrigerator. We recommend consuming your tea within 4-6 weeks from when extracted. 

• Caution - Chaga contains a chemical called oxalate which can damage the kidneys when taken in high doses for a long time. Don't use Chaga if you have a bleeding disorder. Surgery. Chaga might affect blood sugar control or increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery.
