Instructions

• • • Use two full droppers up to twice a day, starting in the morning preferably on an empty stomach and the second dose before the evening preferably mid afternoon. Lions Mane Mushroom Tincture can straight under the tongue (for immediate effect) or add to any herbal tea, coffee, water or beverage.
